Strawberry Fondue This gluten-free recipe came about when we needed a quick strawberry filling for a cake. Gluten Free Strawberry Sauce 300g hulled and sugared strawberrys 5ml kirsch or brandy .3g gelatine .6g xanthan gum .6g locust bean gum Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Put into a heavy saucepan, and cook over a low to moderate heat until it just starts to bubble, stirring constantly. To serve: Serve warmed in ceramic fondue pot with dried GF chocolate cake, GF biscuits, paw-paw, fresh strawberrys, bananna. Alternatively, use as a filling for chocolate cake, or as a topping for icecream.
