Due to amazing Rob's amazing new shiny computer and Ubuntu and stuff, we can actually play Ticket to Ride online now, so if anyone's interested, we can set up a time to play a private game sometime. That'd be fun!

Rob and I tried it out last night. Oooh. Shiny. Fortunately you don't have to drag and drop the cards you need, you can just double click on them.

IF you're interested you will need to register, but apart from that all you need is a password from whoever (Dread Pirate Rob or Dread Pirate Leece or anyone else who might have a code from their DOW box.) sets up the game. That'd be fun! Go have a look at it and familiarise yourself with the set up if you're interested. And we'll all probably be thrashed by Clara if she joins us, but hey...it'll be fun.

Thoughts? Comments? Particular times?  I'm guessing evening some time? Soon? *Bounce* Mark? What about it?

This be hard to believe, but I don't actually have a net-capable computer in my house at Narrogin.
I occasionally borrow a laptop from work, but the rest of the time I am either in Perth using my PC at my parents place, or at work.

Regrets,

I have deep ulterior motives for getting the front bedroom painted; It is very cold, and that's the room with the reverse cycle aircon.

Getting it painted will also give me room to fit a desk in the house so I can have a PC again.

Cheers
