The name's the game "Robert's Game" (Other male names are available)
Published by Paul Lamond Games, players from 12 upwards, and 2-6 players.
This was sent to us from England by our good, dear friend, Poss. Thanks Poss!
The premise of the game is quite witty. On one side of each card you have famous Roberts (Bobs, Bobbies, etc) and biographical information to give you clues and on the other, you have the birth year of the Rob concerned. You don't get to look at the other side.
You're dealt 3 cards, you get to look at them and put them in what you think is either ascending or descending order (doesn't matter which) of ages. On your turn you hold your cards up to your opponents. If they agree you've got it right, then you draw another card, to try and slot that into your series in the right place. The first person to display 6 cards in the right order wins.
A neat, fast, little game and a good warmer upper. I enjoyed it for its simplicity, speed, and learning that a lot of people are a lot younger/older than they look!
7/10 and overdosing on Fantales on the Sid and Nancy scale.
