Well I'm mildly concerned anyway...

Sky High is a Disney popcorn movie, but a fairly well written one. It is based around the son of a couple of superheroes starting superhero highschool, as he deals with the expectations of his parents and the vagarities of popularity once he discovers his powers.

I found it amusing, with some good scenes and well written dialog. My biggest complaint would be that it raises various issues about the system; for instance the division of kids into heroes and sidekicks - pardon 'Hero Support', but never deals with them.

I'll give it a 7.5 out of 10 because it is quite amusing.
But remember to check your brain at the door.

Cheers
Mark

Heh. I remember seeing the trailers for this and being amazed by the possibility of the Disney movie that wouldn't suck like a black hole.

Glad to hear that it lives up to the 1st impressions of the trailer.

If you cannot see the causal relationship between "I have chocolate" and "Life is Good", you simply aren't trying hard enough.

I guess I had that coming.

Although , [Inigo Montoya]I don't think that word "great" means what you think it means. [/Inigo Montoya]

If he meant that he would have said it. Trust me.
