Gene of Isis by Traci Harding
Book 1 of the Mystique series
ISBN: 0732273927

Gene of Isis is basically an adventure romance novel, drawn on a background that is a mixture of New Agey mysticism and fictionalised history. Very much of the same mould as Traci Harding's other series; its themes and characters are very similar, just the background scenery is different.

Traci Harding is a Mandurah based Australian author whose lightweight books I find entertaining, and this book is basically more of the same.
A good read if you are looking for something that isn't too heavy.
I give it a 6.5/10. A good book to read on the plane to Melbourne.

***Warning Chemists and Physicists may experience mental anguish at the descriptions of Atoms and Molecules used in this book***
